Returns Policy

Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 10 days shall not be accepted. To place a request, you can email us at support@globalbees.com with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)”. Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.

In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
