Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within 10 days, you can send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivered address.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders irrespective of the value of the products. Your order will be delivered only through nationally recognized courier services. All shipments are delivered in a waterproof packaging.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Bangalore warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
