Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within 10 days, you can send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivered address.

Shipping Charges

All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Bangalore warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
