Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within 10 days, you can send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivered address.

Shipping Charges

In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
