Returns Policy

Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 10 days shall not be accepted. To place a request, you can email us at support@globalbees.com with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)”. Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 499. Your order will be delivered only through nationally recognized courier services. All shipments are delivered in a waterproof packaging.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
