Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
- Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 10 days shall not be accepted. To place a request, you can email us at support@globalbees.com with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)”.
- Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with the original packaging.
Refunds:
- Once the return pickup is initiated, the refund for the order will be processed, and the same will take about 4-5 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you’ve received a notification regarding your refund and the amount hasn’t been reflected in the original mode of payment within 4-5 working days, we request you kindly cross-check with your bank initially.

Exchanges :
We do not accept exchange requests, for now, please raise a return request and place a new order for the item you purchased
Return Shipping :
To return your product, send us an email at support@globalbees.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address only.
