Delivery & Returns for Product Page

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 499. Your order will be delivered only through nationally recognized courier services. All shipments are delivered in a waterproof packaging.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Bangalore warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within 10 days, you can send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivered address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yellowchimes@gmail.com. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Exchange for Order ID number".

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Return Shipping 

To return your product, send us an email at yellowchimes@gmail.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivered address only.
